Lathe & Lambsquarters was established in 2019, with the goal of becoming a self-sustaining family farm and machine shop. We raise Dexter Cattle, Hair Sheep, Boar Goats, Muscovy Ducks, and Chickens. We grow Row Crops, Greenhouse Vegetables, as well as Fruit and Nut Orchards. Our meat is grass fed and our vegetables are produced using organic methodology. Our cottage foods are produced with our own produce. We bring high quality organic produce and meat to market at a reasonable price by emphasizing on high density and mechanization.
