Bread – Honey Wheat / Kamut Bread – 1 Loaf – Broken Shovel Farms

Honey Wheat / Kamut bread is a new version of our Kamut bread recipe, with the addition of local organic wheat from  Doonan’s in Reynolds, IL, local honey from Crandall’s in Coal Valley, IL, and local apple cider vinegar from Old Path Farms in Aledo, IL.

Ingredients:   Local Freshly Ground Organic Wheat, Freshly Ground Organic Kamut, Vital Wheat Gluten, Local Honey, Organic Coconut Oil, Yeast, Local Apple Cider Vinegar, and Salt.  

This product was produced in a home kitchen not subject to public health inspection that may also process common food allergens.
