These cupcakes feature locally sourced ingredients including eggs from Grateful Graze, Dailey goat milk, butter from Kalona Creamery, and flour from Janie’s Mill.  The honey cupcake is made with Crandall Farms honey and the mocha features Broken Shovel Farms’ Coffee. No artificial colors or flavors!

This product was produced in a home kitchen, not inspected by a health department that may also process common food allergens. If you have safety concerns contact your local health department.

Cupcake: Sugar, unbleached hard red wheat flour, malted barley flour, whole milk, sour cream (Grade A cultured milk, cream), butter (Sweet cream), eggs, vanilla (Water, alcohol, corn syrup, vanilla bean extractive), baking powder (Baking soda, corn starch, sodium aluminum sulfate, calcium sulfate, monocalcium phosphate), baking soda, salt.

Buttercream: Sugar, butter (Sweet cream), vegetable shortening (Soybean oil, fully hydrogenated palm oil, palm oil, mono and diglycerides, TBHQ And Citric Acid), vanilla (Water, alcohol, corn syrup, vanilla bean extractive), water, cornstarch, salt.
