Jam, Caramelized Onion – 4oz jar – the Mad Farmers’ Garden

This is a refrigerator “jam”, usable on anything that wants a little sweet/sour/savory kiss.  Delicious by the spoonful!  Delicious on crackers, sandwiches, pizza: you name it.

Ingredients: onions*, brown sugar, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, thyme, rosemary, salt, pepper.
