Pepper, Feher Ozon — three — the Mad Farmers Garden

Feher Ozon is a sweet paprika pepper.   Thick walled and delicious floral sweet flavor, great for stuffing, roasting, snacking.  Flesh starts at a delicate yellow and blushes beautifully to a warm orange.  Can be dried when fully ripe and turned into outstanding paprika.
