I love pie and have travelled the country trying pie as I go. I’ve eaten pie in everything from hole in the wall diners, mom & pop cafes to 5-star restaurants and I have to say that hands down Eileen Sipes makes the best pie I have ever had. The crust is melt in your mouth and the fruit fillings are always as fresh as she can find. Several pies she and/or her husband picked the fruit.
