Description

Garlic scapes are thin, curly, green stems, that resemble wild onions, they have a milder taste similar to chives. They can be used as a vegetable or herb in raw or cooked recipes. Garlic Scapes can be grilled, roasted, sautéed, chopped, pickled and added to soups or pureed into sauces, such as pesto.

Store fresh garlic scapes in plastic bag with a damp towel in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks. You can also freeze them raw for up to one year.
