Ingredients: Crust: flour, butter (cream, salt), lard (local farm), cider vinegar (Old Paths Farm), egg (local farm), water, salt. Filling: apples (Old Paths Farm), pears (local), sugar, dried cranberries, cornstarch, cinnamon, nutmeg. Topping: flour, walnuts, brown sugar, butter (salt and cream).
