This beautiful, rich, and tender loaf is traditional for the Jewish New Year holiday, Rosh Hashannah.
Our dough is as rich as it gets, with milk, eggs, and Crandall Farms honey. It makes a wonderful dipping bread– you can easily tear pieces of the braid to dip in honey as the holiday would suggest, or a broth or soup. Also phenomenal for luxurious sandwiches and french toast– slices resemble a perfect cumulus cloud.
Ingredients: Bread flour (wheat, barley), Dailey goat milk, eggs*, Crandall Farms honey, salt, yeast.
