Our quail live in a 4-layer pen where they have access to food and water 24/7. Quail eggs are packed with nutrients and full of health promoting antioxidants. They are also excellent for baking! They have a high yolk-to- egg white ratio, which makes them creamier. Just like our chicken eggs they are hand collected, washed and stored at the proper 41 degrees.
